New home, tenant moved out, keys lost or copied. We change the pins inside your locks so one new key opens everything and the old ones open nothing.
Rekeying keeps your existing locks and changes the combination of pins inside them. It costs less than new hardware and takes under an hour for a typical home. Do it when:
The technician removes the lock from the door, takes out the cylinder and, with your current key and a plug follower, slides out the plug that holds the pins. The old pins come out, new pins cut to the new key go in, and the lock goes back on the door. Every rekeyed lock is tested with the new key before we move to the next door.
For commercial spaces we also rekey interchangeable cores, mortise locks, deadbolts and panic-device cylinders, and we can set up a master key system so managers open everything and staff open only their area.
If a lock is worn, low grade, or the wrong keyway to match the rest of the house, we say so, and quote the replacement on the same work order. We use Schlage, Kwikset, Baldwin, Emtek and Yale hardware, with a guarantee on the parts and the work.
It depends on how many locks and what kind. The dispatcher quotes it on the phone with the number of doors, and the technician writes it on the work order before touching the first lock. Business rekeys with interchangeable cores are quoted per core.
It helps and makes it faster. If you don't have it, we can still pick the lock open and rekey it.
Often yes. Many padlocks take the same keyway as home locks; we bring the right ones.
Three taps. The work order fills itself in with your job, your place and your time. Text it to us or read the ticket number to the dispatcher, you get the price back, and that number is locked before the van moves.
Labor and standard parts, all in. Anything extra is quoted, in writing, before we touch anything.
The price on this ticket is the price you pay. The technician writes the final number on this order and you sign it before any work starts. No "it turned out to be more" at the door.
Fake locksmiths are the biggest problem in this trade: a rock-bottom quote on the phone, an unmarked car, a drill instead of a pick, and a bill several times higher at the door. Here is what a real visit from us looks like, every time.

Our name on the side, tools and parts inside. If someone shows up in an unmarked car, it is not us.

The dispatcher tells you their name before they arrive. They carry photo ID and will show it before touching your door.

Your ticket number, the job and the price, signed by both of you before any work starts. No verbal quotes, no surprises.

Lockouts are opened without damage. Drilling only happens with your written approval and we replace the lock on the same visit.
Florida stopped issuing county locksmith licenses on July 1, 2025, so no locksmith in the state can show you a current license number. What you can check on us: our Google Business Profile with reviews and photos, our registration in the Florida business registry, our liability insurance certificate, which any technician can text you, and the fact that we answer at the same two numbers we have used since 2018.
Call, text or build your ticket. A dispatcher answers 24 hours a day and tells you the number before a van moves.
