What we see in Fort Myers
Fort Myers mixes old and new: 1920s to 1950s homes along McGregor Boulevard and in the neighborhoods near downtown, and newer gated communities east of I-75 around Gateway and Daniels Parkway. Older houses often still have original mortise locks and worn deadbolts that need parts we carry in the van; newer communities tend to want keypads and one key for the house, the lanai and the pool gate.
Many homes here were repaired or rebuilt after Hurricane Ian in 2022, and new doors often come with builder-grade locks and keys that contractors, inspectors and adjusters have handled. If that is your house, a rekey is the cheapest way to know exactly who can get in.
Every visit follows the same rules as the rest of our crews: price written and signed before we start, marked van, technician with ID, and a pick before a drill.
Questions people ask before they call
How fast can you get to me in Fort Myers?
The Southwest Florida crew is usually at your door in about 25 minutes, day or night. The dispatcher gives you a real time when you call, based on where the nearest van is.
Which number do I call?
855-513-3060, 24 hours. The dispatcher who answers is ours, not a call center, and speaks English and Spanish.
Do you rekey houses that were repaired after Hurricane Ian?
Yes. After a rebuild, assume that every contractor, inspector and adjuster had a key. We rekey every lock to one new key, usually in under an hour, and the price is written before we start.
Can you come to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel?
Fort Myers Beach, yes, same crew. Sanibel and Captiva depend on the causeway and the time of day; call and the dispatcher tells you a real arrival time before a van moves.
Do you charge for the trip?
No separate trip fee inside our coverage. The price you hear on the phone is labor and standard parts for the job, all in. After 10 pm there is a small after-hours call, and you hear that on the phone too.
