What we see in Naples
A lot of Naples lives behind a gate: HOA communities and condo buildings with their own rules about who comes in and what hardware goes on the door. Give the dispatcher your community name and we arrive ready to check in at the gatehouse, and if your association has a standard for exterior hardware, we quote that hardware.
Seasonal homes are the other half. A house that sits closed from May to November collects keys: the cleaner, the pool service, the property manager, the neighbor who checks after storms. Before you leave or when you come back, a rekey or a keypad with codes you can change from your phone settles who can open the door.
Every visit follows the same rules as the rest of our crews: price written and signed before we start, marked van, technician with ID, and a pick before a drill.
Questions people ask before they call
How fast can you get to me in Naples?
The Southwest Florida crew is usually at your door in about 25 minutes, day or night. The dispatcher gives you a real time when you call, based on where the nearest van is.
Which number do I call?
855-513-3060, 24 hours. The dispatcher who answers is ours, not a call center, and speaks English and Spanish.
Can you work inside a gated community or condo building?
Yes. Give the dispatcher your community name and we arrive ready to check in at the gate. If your association requires a specific brand or finish for exterior hardware, tell us and we quote that hardware before we start.
Can you set up my home before I leave for the summer?
Yes. The usual visit is a rekey of every exterior door, a keypad or smart lock on the main entry so you can give and delete codes from away, and a check that the sliding doors lock properly. All of it is quoted in writing first.
Do you charge for the trip?
No separate trip fee inside our coverage. The price you hear on the phone is labor and standard parts for the job, all in. After 10 pm there is a small after-hours call, and you hear that on the phone too.
