Access control. Fewer keys, more control.

Keypads, card and fob readers, maglocks, intercoms and cameras, sized to your building. From a single keypad on a front door to a full system with logs and video.

From one keypad to a whole building

If your staff carry full keyrings, it is time. We install access control that fits how you use the building: a door buzzer or DoorBird video intercom for a private office, keypads and proximity readers for interior doors, and for larger buildings, card, fob, phone and fingerprint access with IP cameras over the entrances and secure areas.

The lock side and the brain side

Every electronic door needs two things done right: the lock (maglock, electric strike or electrified mortise) and the controller that decides who gets in. We install both, wire them, and test that the door fails safe or secure the way the fire code requires. Then we set up the users, schedules and logs with you.

Cameras that show who came through

A reader knows a card came through; a camera shows who carried it. For inventory rooms, offices with financial records and back doors, we add CCTV or IP surveillance tied to the entry, and we repair or expand existing systems.

Brands we install

DoorBird (authorised partner), Kisi, HID, ZKTeco, Schlage electronic, Alarm Controls, HES, RCI, Detex, Corbin Russwin, ASSA ABLOY, Aiphone and Mul-T-Lock.

How a call goes

  1. You describe it, we name the price.Service, city, when. The dispatcher gives you a real number and the technician's name, day or night.
  2. A marked van arrives.Usually 20 to 30 minutes in South Florida, 25 to 40 on the Gulf Coast and in Orlando. The technician shows ID.
  3. You sign the ticket, then we work. The written price is the final price. If the job is different from what you described, we say so before touching anything.
  4. We test it with you.Every key, every lock, every door, before we pack up. Itemized invoice, card or cash.

Questions people ask before they call

How much does access control cost?

A single keypad on one door and a multi-door system with readers, maglocks and cameras are very different jobs. We quote after a site visit, in writing; the visit is free.

Can you add doors to a system someone else installed?

Usually yes. We work with most controllers and, where the old system is a dead end, we tell you before you spend money on it.

What happens when the power goes out?

Depends on the door. Exit doors fail safe (unlock) by code; secure rooms can fail secure with a battery backup. We set each door the way the fire marshal expects.

Labor and standard parts, all in. Anything extra is quoted, in writing, before we touch anything.

The price on this ticket is the price you pay. The technician writes the final number on this order and you sign it before any work starts. No "it turned out to be more" at the door.

What you'll see at your door

Fake locksmiths are the biggest problem in this trade: a rock-bottom quote on the phone, an unmarked car, a drill instead of a pick, and a bill several times higher at the door. Here is what a real visit from us looks like, every time.

A marked van: Our van at a Coral Gables driveway, side door open, stocked for the day.

A marked van

Our name on the side, tools and parts inside. If someone shows up in an unmarked car, it is not us.

A technician with ID: Every technician shows photo ID before touching your door.

A technician with ID

The dispatcher tells you their name before they arrive. They carry photo ID and will show it before touching your door.

A written work order: The price goes on the work order and you sign it before we start.

A written work order

Your ticket number, the job and the price, signed by both of you before any work starts. No verbal quotes, no surprises.

A pick, not a drill: Lockouts are opened with picks and tension tools, not a drill.

A pick, not a drill

Lockouts are opened without damage. Drilling only happens with your written approval and we replace the lock on the same visit.

How to verify us before you open the door

Florida stopped issuing county locksmith licenses on July 1, 2025, so no locksmith in the state can show you a current license number. What you can check on us: our Google Business Profile with reviews and photos, our registration in the Florida business registry, our liability insurance certificate, which any technician can text you, and the fact that we answer at the same two numbers we have used since 2018.
