Florida Locksmith Pros is a family-owned mobile locksmith serving South Florida, Southwest Florida, Tampa Bay and Central Florida. This is what we do with your information.
What We Collect
Your name, your phone number, your address, city or ZIP code, your email if you add one, and what you tell us about the lock, key, safe or door, whether you send a form on this site, call us or text us. When we do the work, we also keep the service address, what we did and the signed work order. This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers, and it does not take payments, so card numbers are never entered or stored here.
What Stays On Your Device
If you type your city on the dispatch board, this site remembers it in your own browser so the right phone number shows on every page. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser's data for this site erases it.
What We Do With It
We quote your job, schedule it and text you about it: the time window, the technician on the way, the work order. We keep the record so we can stand behind the work and for the business records Florida requires. We do not sell your information or rent it.
Mobile Information And Text Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Message and data rates may apply.
You opt in when you text us first, give us your number on the phone, or send a form on this site asking us to get back to you. Messages are about your own job, and how many you get depends on the job. Reply STOP and we stop texting that number. Reply HELP and a person answers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who Else Handles It
Only the services we need to run the business: the provider that delivers this site's forms to our inbox, our email provider, our web host, our phone and texting provider, and Google, which serves the fonts used on this site. None of them receive your mobile number for marketing, and none of them receive text messaging opt-in data at all.
How To Reach Us
Call or text us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will, unless we are required to keep the record for tax.
