What we see in Bonita Springs
Bonita Springs sits right between Naples and Fort Myers, so a van is usually close. Much of the city is planned communities and golf-course neighborhoods with a gatehouse, plus older homes and rentals near Old 41 and the Imperial River.
Vacation rentals and part-time homes bring their own calls: guests locked out, owners who want to change codes between stays, and managers who need one key for a dozen units. We install keypads, set up master keys for small portfolios and rekey between tenants.
Every visit follows the same rules as the rest of our crews: price written and signed before we start, marked van, technician with ID, and a pick before a drill.
Questions people ask before they call
How fast can you get to me in Bonita Springs?
The Southwest Florida crew is usually at your door in about 25 minutes, day or night. The dispatcher gives you a real time when you call, based on where the nearest van is.
Which number do I call?
855-513-3060, 24 hours. The dispatcher who answers is ours, not a call center, and speaks English and Spanish.
Can you change the codes on a vacation rental keypad?
Yes, and we can install a keypad that lets you create and delete guest codes from your phone, so you are not waiting on a locksmith between stays. If you manage several units, we can key them so one master opens all of them and each guest key opens only its own.
Do you serve Estero too?
Yes. Estero, Coconut Point and the communities along Corkscrew Road are covered by the same crew, usually in about 25 minutes.
Do you charge for the trip?
No separate trip fee inside our coverage. The price you hear on the phone is labor and standard parts for the job, all in. After 10 pm there is a small after-hours call, and you hear that on the phone too.
